Ebb does not collect any personal data. It is a private journal — no account and no server of ours. Your entries stay on your device, and if you're signed in to iCloud they sync through your own private iCloud account, which only you can access. We never see what you write.
Nothing. We collect no personal information of any kind. We have no servers and no way to see your entries.
Everything you record in Ebb — items, prices, urge strength, moods, situations, outcomes, and notes — is stored on your device, in the operating system's local storage (iOS UserDefaults via Capacitor Preferences).
If you are signed in to iCloud, Ebb also syncs your entries to your own private iCloud database (Apple's CloudKit), so they appear on your other devices and come back if you reinstall the app. This data lives in your personal iCloud account, which only you can access — we have no server and cannot see, retrieve, or receive it. Apple stores it on your behalf under Apple's Privacy Policy. If you are not signed in to iCloud, everything simply stays on your device. Your entries are never sent to us or to any third party.
If you turn on reflection reminders, Ebb schedules a single local notification three days after you log a purchase, asking you to reflect on it. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device by iOS. No notification content is sent to any server. You can turn reminders off at any time from the header toggle, and the system prompt for notification permission is optional. Granting notification permission gives us no data — it only lets iOS show the local reminder on your device.
The "Export" feature creates a plain-text summary and opens the standard iOS share sheet so you can send it wherever you choose (Notes, Messages, Mail, etc.). This only happens when you tap it, and you fully control the destination. Ebb does not transmit your data anywhere on its own.
You can delete any entry inside the app at any time. Deleting the app from your device permanently removes all data Ebb stored. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for you to request from us or for us to delete on our side.
Ebb collects no data from anyone, including children. Ebb is a general-audience app, is not directed at children under 13, and is not in the App Store Kids Category.

회고 알림을 켜면, '샀다'고 기록한 시점으로부터 3일 뒤에 회고를 권하는 로컬 알림이 한 번 예약됩니다. 이 알림은 전적으로 기기 안에서 iOS에 의해 예약·발송되며, 알림 내용이 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 헤더의 토글로 언제든 끌 수 있고, 알림 권한 요청은 선택 사항입니다. 알림 권한을 허용해도 당사가 받는 데이터는 없습니다 — 권한은 iOS가 기기에서 로컬 알림을 표시하도록 할 뿐입니다.
'내보내기'는 텍스트 요약을 만들어 iOS 표준 공유 시트를 여는 기능으로, 사용자가 원하는 곳(메모·메시지·메일 등)으로 보낼 수 있습니다. 사용자가 직접 누를 때만 동작하며, 보낼 곳은 전적으로 사용자가 정합니다. Ebb가 스스로 데이터를 어딘가로 전송하지 않습니다.
앱 안에서 언제든 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 기기에서 앱을 삭제하면 Ebb가 저장한 모든 데이터가 영구적으로 사라집니다. 당사는 사용자 데이터를 전혀 수신하지 않으므로, 당사 측에 요청하거나 당사가 삭제할 데이터가 없습니다.
Ebb는 아동을 포함한 누구로부터도 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다. Ebb는 일반 사용자용 앱으로, 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 App Store 키즈 카테고리에 속하지 않습니다.
방침이 변경되면, 갱신된 내용이 이 URL에 새 '최종 업데이트' 날짜와 함께 게시됩니다.
